how do i turn off penalties on my server?

I already have that configured in my server manager application, but I still get 80 second penalty when going to the pit stop

Our league has “allowed tires out=4” and we have no problem with the pit lane. Very odd.

I think he means the penalty while in race when you force back to pits from somewhere on the track.

I hope it can, I'm having trouble with the pitstop, even if I enter the designated area (red square), I receive no option to fix my car or replace tires.

Dont think that can be turned off, with your pit stop make sure you set a strategy in setup menu. Its the last tab in setup, in car you can change this using arrow keys on the keyboard or one some wheels the arrow keys if they have them. You can also use some key mapping software to bind the keyboard arrow keys to other buttons on your wheel.

In an ini file for the pit app you can also enable mouse control. If you have nothing set in pit setup then nothing will happen on your stop.

The pit penalty was added to stop people just driving past the line escaping and having an instant stop and new car to use. This adds time to make it longer then had you driven to the pit and made changes to fully fix the car.
