Access to Default.ini in documents folder is denied AC don´t launch

I can´t start the game. All permissions on documents folder are ok, i yet validated the files and reinstall the game. NOTHING SOLVE THE ISSUE!

I SOLVE THE PROBLEM! The Windows 10 anti-virus was blocking the access to controled folders, I neet to put AC and Steam.exe as a exception.

Have the same problem with Windows Defender. Can you please tell me how did you solved it?
