My mods are not loading into my assetto corsa

When I start the game it says first time setup. Every once in awhile one mod will load I get my mods from race Department. I believe I have the newest update the latest game on assetto corsa 1.16.3 I tried to load the VRC 1997 Williams FW19 mod I have also been trying to load the ASR free mods I followed instructions I just can't be all the mods I try to download are broken Race Department has a video on how to load cars and tracks I follow it to the T Please help

Go get the free version of "Content Manager for Assetto Corsa" and install it. When you open it up drag the VRC zip file(not extracted) onto the 3 horizontal bars up top next to the usual X(close) once it stops loading it - left click on the 3 bars and in the dropdown tell it to install the mod. Someone had trouble with this mod in past few days I had the mod already but reinstalled with a fresh download and it worked fine. Use CM to check the other mods you are suffering with too as most can be sorted or it might tell you what is wrong and offer fix.

Follow the instructions for the CM install I think it is a PDF that comes with the package and there is stuff on YouTube about it all too.
