Smoother, more fluid and less noisy than helical gears with metal ball-bearing axle (for enhanced sturdiness)
the t150 doesen't feel better for drifting than the g29 imo. it locks the wheel very wierdly when u catch the weight of the car its really weird and i can't explain it. for racing i would say it's on par with the g29. but u have to remember unless u get t150 pro u won't have pedals. u will have 2 plastic pedals with no spring weight what so ever. and it will slide all over ur floor so easily. then again the t150 is actually horrid plastic, not good quality at all, it just feels no fun playing with somethign that feels like a toy. i had the choice to get a t150 or a g29 and i chose the g29 and i'm very happy with it
i just saw u said pro and i'm not taking back what i said. the wheel itself will probably break and it's still feels like a toy, not a comparison.
the g29 wheel has a rpm meter on the wheel itself, the break pedal is way too stiff, i had to put it to 50 percent break rang that's how bad it is. i've heard there is a way to mod it but haven't looked into it yet. clutch feels perfect, just a right amount of stiffness. and the gas is not stiff at all. my experience with the g29 has been great so far it feels like a luxury wheel compared to t150 in terms of how it feels in your hands.
i broke 2 brand new logitech G wheels in 3 months, both the wheels itself and the H shifter broke on the G29 in a matter of weeks. and no i wasnt abusing the hell out of it.
i still own the T500 i bought to replace the G wheels, about 3 years on and its still going strong. the T300 is basically a newer version of the T500.
