G27 Calibration not working
I bought a used G27 yesterday, connected everything, installed the LGS_510 Drivers for W10 from the Logitech Website and everything worked fine until at some point the steering stopped working. Now the Shift LEDS on the Wheel are constantly on and on the Shifter the LED is flashing green. Pedals and Shifter aswell as the Buttons on the Wheel are recognized by the Profiler
I tried changing the USB Ports, (USB 2 and 3) aswell as reinstalling the drivers after deleting everything from the device manager. Looked in endless topics in forums and not a single solution worked :(

Dosent sound good if it's not working properly in the profiler.
Does it show a picture of a G27 in the profiler window ?

I remember when I had a G27 and Logitech released new drivers for it and they didn't work...I had to find a copy of the old drivers again to get it working...but that was a long time ago and I would have thought it was fixed by now although the 510 version number sounds familiar.
EDIT - Also...are you using a preset in the profiler or are you going through the wizard in AC?

It does show a picture of a G27 in the Profiler.

Already measured the electricity in the PSU, it shows 23.8 Volts, so the PSU is fine
As i said, it fully gets detected, all buttons/pedals are working, it just doesnt start calibrating.

Did a fresh windows install today, makes no difference :/

I *think* I had this before.. Make sure all the cables under the wheel are properly connected..?

If that's not it, from a Reddit post:
uninstall logitech software
uninstall all usb host controllers etc in system
restart pc, window will reinstall all usb controllers
restart pc install logitech software
plug in g27

Tried everything you mentioned a couple of times, switched power cords, even made a fresh windows install..
Maybe the optical wheel sensor inside the wheel is broken

Ah, sad to hear that.. this was the Reddit post I was referring to by the way: https://www.reddit.com/r/simracing/comments/2v4n0o/rip_g27/ Maybe it helps!

I hate to tell you this, but who ever you bought it from knew this and got ride of it. The cable running through the center of the wheel that connects all the buttons and paddle shifters has either broke or it's come loose from the circuit board. Mine did this and had to take it apart, Luckily it hadn't broke it just come loose, but da mn is that wheel a b i tch to put back together.

Already took it apart and reassambled it, nothing was loose, optical encoder was completely fine.. really strange. the circuit board is probably f*****

Try testing with just the Logitech software on another PC or laptop.
