Does all Porsche souds that BAD?

I recently watched YT video about Porsche Packs and most of the cars souds like those vacumes from GT6. Why is that? Are all Porsche DLC cars sounds that bad?

They sound pretty accurate from what I've noticed, only thing that lets some of the cars down in Assetto Corsa are the boost sounds in my opinion. Cars like the RSR, Moby ♥♥♥♥ etc all sound very similar to the real versions in the YouTube videos I've been watching.

I drove Panamera Turbo and it sound awful even without any comparision to real cars.
I have to say that this video reminds me of what I can hear in game https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dkgmf5b7zvA so maybe you are right.
If the rest is similar to this I'll skipp those packs for sure.

That's the old Panamera, the new one is a totally different car with a new engine.

I just found a recent video of the Turbo G2, it sounds very similar to the in game sound.

Nah the flat six models sound very good, the DLC is ridiculously cheap anyway.

Imo Porsches have the worst sound of all supercars in real life. Just watch yt and listen to stock Porsches and they all sound weak and not menacing compared to all others well known brand.

To answer OP question, I believe that Kunos did a great job with the sound because this is how Porsche have always been unless you ever heard one with a Kreissieg exhaust.

As I have reading difficulties I can't really understand those last two things normal human beings would consider "sentences". I'll just guess that it means something like "Meanwhile, don't overestimate yourself, you're doing good, boy". I think I know a bit of French, I've been to Paris once.

I try hard every day and every night to put my mind to it and become a master of reading and comprehension like only you can be, One:1 (which is a truly beautiful name by the way). It is only through this process that ultimately I hope to achieve respect and admiration from Steam forums users all over the world.

What the heck happened to this thread? I don't know what you two are going on about (Sven and One:1), but I quite like the way Porsches sound in person. They are subdued with a more physical presence to their baritone than most other more aggressive sounding sports cars. The exhaust notes seem like they come from further inside the car.

Don't forget things like microphone placement (YT video vs. driving position) does affect.

Also if you have poor speakers that affects: videos might be using post-processing to increase bass to make it sound more dramatic with poor speakers which would be unrealistic with better speakers.

Output to stereo system instead of desktop speakers is recommended..

use the sound app in game to change car noise to external. they all sound better over than using the internal sound, which is very dull
