No sound! help required.

I have no in game sound! after downloading some car mods i ost all in game sound, ive deleted the mods,uninstalled the game, steam verified files, and still no in game sound. I think i may have ♥♥♥♥ed up with deleting the mods some how.i did so from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars... it was late, i was tierd.. any ideas what the problem maybe be?

The mod will have to be fixed by the modder or you can do it using Assetto Corsa Content Manager and use another sound from an existing car.

Sounds to me as if he doesn't have any sound at all anymore, even on nonmodded cars.

You could rename Documents\Assetto Corsa into Assetto Corsa old, restart game and see if anything changed. If still no sound, delete the whole ..\common\assettocorsa and the newly generated Documents\Assetto Corsa and redownload the game.

its correct i have No sounds on cars, mod cars and kunos cars. Ive unistalled and reinstalled, still no in game sounds, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoyingh.

Rename the Documents/Assetto Corsa folder, as an uninstall doesnt affect it.

Guys thanks for the advice, i deleted the directory files and just reinstallled, i learnt something today, nice one guys,thanks.
