the car thing that shows up if my tires squeal, how to turn off?

It doesn't show up when the tyres `squeal` but when you cause damage to either the tyres or car, you are literally damaging the car.

To disable the damage indicator, you will still incur damage, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\system\cfg and open damage_displayer and change the time to 0 to disable the indicator.

If you turn damage off it wont bother you anymore m8

Ctrl + q turns the damage indicator on/off in game. And it's coming up because you are locking the wheels.

you can try a mod from racedepartment. Exactly how its called , idk, but search for something with damage or so. Its a more neat version of this and shows up in the bottom area of your monitor.
