Can i add more cars to the race ?

to make my question simple , for instance... say the game allows only 20 cars on track , is there a file or something i can edit to add more cars to the race ? like 40-60 car to a race ?

I want to do a track day race at Nurburgring and i'd like to make it like a 60-100 car field. I know nothing about modding on this game , but any help would be nice.

There used to be a mod that increased the grid size for various tracks somewhere.
