HUD / UI too small in 4K
As the tiitle says, everyting is just nano in 4K.

I decided to switch 4K because everyting looks better, even tho I'm still using a 42' 1080p TV

I can scale things up in-track, like the tire temp menu and etc, but the thing is that the in-box menu, where you change the setup and the use the chat, isn't "editable", so everything is still ultra small.

So, is it possible to make the in-box menu bigger?

Thanks.

OK guys, I've found a cheap workaroud. It doesnt fully solve the problem, but now it's possible to chat and have fun with the setup

When in the box, press ALT + ENTER.
I honestly have no idea why, but this zooms everything up. You're now able to read clearly.

After you're done in this menu, simply press ALT + ENTER again and have fun in 4K.

PS: You have to repeat the process every time, since it's impossible to drive with the zoom activated, forcing you to disable it when in-car.

This has been a known issue for at least 2 years and still hasnt been fixed.
well... :'(

It's the same in all games using DSR, I doubt it will ever be fixed because of the nature of downsampling in general.

If you were to run native 4K you wouldn't have this issue.

Pretty sure Content Manager allows you to scale the ui.

It's a replacement launcher for Assetto, with a much improved ui and greater range of options. Simple run it when you want to start AC and it will launch the game when you start a session.

Thanks, but for me, it only works for the main menu. In game race menus, it's still tiny,

dont know why you would switch to 4k on 1080 p monitor anyway.you are still in 1080 p.just go back to 1080 you cant make a tv go to 4k just from game settings.game will just display back in 1080.you have to upscale to a 4k tv.game wiil run smoother and no ui probs.get a real 4k tv you will see what real 4k looks like.not being cinical just trying to help.you cant make a 1080p run in 4k.

Did you ever find a resolution?

Also, in content manager when you increase the scale for UI, it raises the zoom on the text in the content manager itself, not the text when you’re about to race (when you can see the car)

Anyone have any ideas? Maybe there is another setting in content manager?
I found a solution , this is my post , for your reference
