I disagree... the same is true for servers that run moded content (car or tracks)... there's no dodgy anything IMO.
There are a lot of servers running "vanilla" content... there's a bunch of servers running only moded content... there are a lot of DLC content servers too.
For example, the Japan DLC has my favorite car selection, but more often than not, there isn't a single lobby using any of the cars, so I never get to drive any of them. And forget about hosting a server, it's the most backwards, obscure system you will ever come across in your life. These methods and ways of doing things are outdated by 15 years. Every other company seems to have multiplayer figured out, EXCEPT Assetto Corsa.
So while the gameplay is good, the rest of the package is a joke, so if you buy it, it's not a shocker like it was to me.
