Hi guys , I finally got a "decent" wheel with a Driving Force GT and I really want to start to play AC online so if someone can tell me where is the chepeast place to buy the game with all packs already inclunded would be cool

This. Assetto Corsa is only officially available to purchase via Steam- if you buy it anywhere else, you take a risk.

Wait until a Steam sale, you can usually pick up base game plus some DLC for cheaper but there is not `complete` pack with all DLCs plus the base game for a bundle price.

if you can only afford stuff cheap, steam-sale it is.
Meanwhile, get some wheel-practice with the "free" lfs-demo (www.lfs.net) if you haven't tried, already. Imagine an even better driving-experience, once you get your hands on A.C.
