Tyre temps
Hey guys. As you can see on the screenshot below, on the left side, the PSI (26) is in green. While the other meter in the middle says it's still in blue. Does someone know which of those two is right?
I think the left one, but i'm not sure.

They're both correct- they both say the same pressure, I don't think the colour of the number means anything, the tyre temp colour certainly does- and its this you should be paying attention to- your tyres are starting to overheat, given by the chnaging to orange on 3 tyres- simply up the pressure to reduce this overheating.

hmm, I thought you also needed the ideal tire pressure? Which means it needs to be in the ''green zone''.

I think with this current tyre model Aristotellis has said that the pressures are most important, but as Mr Crisp pointed out the temperatures are also important - try upping the pressure a little on the overheating tyres.

You ideally want to have green pressures AND green temperatures, it's a bit of a balancing act as obviously even the caster, camber and whatever else will have an effect on temperature.

Yeah I know, but which of the 2 indicators is right? As you can see on the screenshot, the indicator for the PSI on the left is green, but the indicator in the middle is still blue.

If the one in the middle is a mod then I'd trust the official tyre app over anything else.

Yeah, thought the same. I think they still need to update the app?

You do indeed need an ideal tyre pressure which comes from paying attention to tyre temps throughout laps. You can find an ideal tyre pressure from the additional information in the tyre app, core temp, wear level etc.

I think you should consider the stock in-game app to be correct.

Thanks for the replies guys!
