Turn off weird camera?

Is there a way to make the 3rd person camera "fixed' to the car? Whenever I'm on long straightaways and just my car's angle slightly, it feels as if my car is sliding, though to no avail in the replay viewer, my car isn't.

It kind of distracts me before making turns. How can I make the camera fixed to the car instead of having that "look to apex" option?

Perhaps set the onboard camera to free mode. First you must edit the camera_onboard_free.ini file

Look for the entry titled

SPHERICAL_COORDS=0

Change the 1 to a 0, then enable while driving or watching replay using F5. Then you can use the WASD keys and mouse to rotate and place the camera where needed.
