GTE vs GT3 vs GT2 cars

Guys, what difference between GT3 car (like BMW Z4 GT3) and GTE (like Corvette C7R) and GT2 ALMS class ?
What car faster ? (I know, what IRL GTE class more expensive than GT3 but GTE have less power, i dont know why)
What you think, what is have better lap times:
BMW Z4 GT3 or BMW M3 GT2 or Corvette C7R GTE ? Why GT2 have less power than GT3 too ? (485 bhp for M3GT2 vs 515 bhp for Z4 GT3) and GT2 is heavier than GT3 too (1250 kg vs 1190 kg)...

It depends on the rules of the series at the time for the differences. A gt2 usually has more down force.

To keep it simple a gt2 and GTE car are roughly the same and faster than a gt3 car.
