ASSETTO CORSA ERROR

Hi everyone, I just Bought Assetto Corsa with the dream packs 1,2 and 3.
steam just finished the download and the installation of the game and his 3 dream packs but when I try to launch the game an error appears. "could not find part of the path steamapps\commons\assetto corsa\cfg\templates".
I already tried to verify the cache but still have this problem.
HOW CAN I FIX IT?

delete the folder steamapps\commons\assetto corsa\cfg and then verify game cache.

still have the problem. I verified the game cache after deleting cfg folder but the game doesn't start even if stem has downloaded the 45 missed files. I uninstalled the game and its DLC's to reinstall the game only (7.2 GB) but the error still appears.

Delete the folder with user settings in Documents/assetto corsa (in mydocuments, not in program files)

document's folder has been deleted and verified again. the problem persists..
"could not find a part of the path 'D:\Steam\steamapps\common\assetto corsa\cfg\templates'
this is the first time I try to play because I purchased the game but it never started.
If you have some other advices i will be thankful.

It is a bit of searching the needle in the haystack

if you are eager to play it and know you want to keep it (remember the steam refund-policy with it's insufficiently short 2 hour playtime-limit?)
try and verify that the necessary runtime-libraries for the dotnet packages are installed properly. Large chunks of the game are written in C# apparently, so it needs those components in-place. This may require a few full-restarts of the whole machine in order to become functional.
Then there is the evermore latent possibility of other software or just the occasional online-update to mess things up. There should be a first-party servicing tool available from MS as a manual download. Yes, with Windows 10 you pretty much are the guinea pig of Microsoft's previously laid-off QA-team's left-over bean-counters. If your problem has anything to do with it, that is.

me tooo. but when i allow an app through controlled folder access its work perfectly. just go to the windows security and scroll to the bottom click on a manage ransomware protection and clik allow an app. and then search assetto corsa launcher. and start your game nb: nope the game starts fine but everytime that i pressed start engine or start with flag on it. automatically back to the menu
