I only want it for AC sounds.
It should'nt be like this imo but anyway..
If you using teampeask, skype or some aother voice program usually they do allow to set as diferent device.
Teamspeak isn't a game, its an audio communication software, so its expected to be able to change and select audio devices- this is not something games are required to need when Wndows controls your audio devices.
If you have headphones plugged in, they should be using the active audio device and can be used without changing the default audio device- unless you are using USB headphones in which case thats down to you to select the default audio device in Windows.

Very handy feature but it does mean heading back to the launcher and then joining the race again - for me at least.
