Level Editor
How do you use the level editor, and does it let me bring in the cars I make myself?

You should learn software like 3DS Max or Maya to make 3D models, then Photoshop to make textures.
Tracks you can then make in software like Bob's Track Builder and export to suitable format (that support some other racing sims too I think).

Of course there's free software like Blender and GIMP to use instead.

And then you need to configure the physics, record sounds and so on.

Something like this for tracks:

I've been using 3DS MAX since it was called 'Discreet 3ds max 4', back in 2000.
I have a lot of stuff for sale on Turbosquid and make a decent living building stuff and selling it.
As for sounds, I don't use the game sounds at all, I like to have music play when I drive.
I use photopaint for building textures from photos.

I don't think he's attacking whether or not you know how to do it. He's just saying that's how you could do it. A helpful suggestion.

lol I wasn't defending against a perceived attack, just explaining I already do that.
I thought the game had a level editor built into it. I have already built tracks as well as cars and added them to my game for personal use.

Level Editor to bring in cars into where?

You don't own Assetto Corsa- how will you test the models/tracks work correctly without having AC to test your creations?
Meadowsong Jun 27, 2017 @ 4:28pm
It already works, no testing is needed thanks. :)

Most likely he has an illegal copy of the game.

AC has a track editor built in but that's not needed if you're only interested in getting your cars into game, and if you're doing both tracks and cars I wouldn't try loading your car into a wip track - if you hit problems you won't be sure if it's the track or the car

Do you know much about getting the physics in game or will you just copy and paste from existing cars?
Meadowsong Jul 7, 2017 @ 12:16am
I set up the characteristics as I build the cars. No it's not an illegal copy, I bought it in Alpha.
