First, Sajuuk is known as a religious deity throughout the galaxy synonymous with the world "god", as a being all powerful. Progenitor prophesies speak of Sajuuk as being powerful, being the origin of this belief.
In reality, Sajuuk is an extremely powerful progenitor warship that outclasses any known vessel to date in firepower and durability. It lies beyond Balcora gate and can only be activated by uniting all three hyperspace cores.
Sajuuk-kar I believe roughly translates into "the chosen of Sajuuk". For the Vaygr it is often a self-imposed title for those who believe themselves to be powerful. Only Makaan has ever been able to back that up. He believes he is destined to rule the galaxy, and awaken "sajuuk".
Or alternatively the dwarf galaxy currently merging with the homeworld galaxy. That's a thing apparently.
The giant complex-like structures in the concept art has me thinking they may finally be exploring the original Dust Wars concept from early in HW2s development
