Loss of Audio

Just started playing, has done this to me 4 times and cant find a solution. Start the game, intro and menu music no issue, start the first tutorial race, pop sound and no audio. Alt Tab to another program, has audio only Forza loses audio. Finish race, restart game, 2nd tutorial race, same thing. finish it, restart, have audio all the way up to starting the race for the builders cup intro, narrator is talking, loose audio, game doesn't proceed to load into the race and i just stare at the same text on screen till I ALTF4. rebooted the game, does same thing. Using SteelSeries Artics 5 with all my audio running through "Sonar" on the steelseries GG program. i dont think its my headset because it does the same thing with my monitor built in speakers. any help would be great, really don't want to refund this cuz of this issue, but I'm not going to play a racing game that i cant hear
