try these settings restart the game and see if it fixes your issue
Dynamic optimization = Costum
DLSS = OFF
Performance Target = Unlocked
Resolution Scale = 100%
Raytraycing Quality = off (if off not available low)
RTAO Quality = off (if off not available low)
Make sure you restart the game after you change any of them
If you running geforce Experience make sure it does not auto optimize your game (wich it will by default unless you disable it)
Thank you for the advice, but unfortunately, it didn't change anything for me. My settings are pretty much the same as you mentioned, except I was using RX and RTAO on 'ultra'.
I disabled RX (turned the option off) and set RTAO to 'low'. After applying the settings and restarting the game, the same rendering issue still occurred. 😕
yeah its hard to tell what you see i basicly have every other setting on high or medium specialy for example anisotropic filtering on x16 as it cost basicly zero performance but enhances the road textures LOD a lot.
i avoid FSR and DLSS at its simply not working or badly implemented.
the reason the image looks so good when u use DLDSR is becaust it gets upscaled times x your resolution and then downscaled to your screen wich basicly gives you a very crisp and sharp image in general usualy the performance hit is massive thats why its often used in conjunction with DLSS but still DLDSR performance hit is way lesser than normal DSR
this cannot be compared to a native 4k image or resolution tho.
the thread you linkes about disapointing visuals guys also states it looks basicly the same regardless if youre in 1080p or 4k native resolution.
they talking about a "blurry image" whatevery they mean exactly by that.
some cars in this game are defiently models used from earlier forza titles and may do not look as good as newer ones.
Do HUDs, fonts, and other non-3D graphics are also wrong for you?
(3D graphics of this game are blurry by nature (TAA/DLAA).
Better yet: post a picture of you driving 2018 KTM X-Bow GT4 while in COCKPIT VIEW.
As an example, take a look at this picture (make sure to see it in full 1440p resolution):

Note the HUD is OK, crisp and sharp, but the car's dashboard is blurry. If this is what you're referring to, it's how this game looks.
You may increase resolution scale to 200% (1440p) if your PC can handle it, and the graphics will look better than setting it to 4k (100% resolution scale).
Also, DLAA is better than TAA in this game (but both are bad). And sadly, you can't disable anti aliasing in this game.
If you want to play with 1440p and 100% scale, "disgracefully" DLAA is the best anti aliasing option.
Also, if you have time, please vote in this issue:

I've opened a ticket and they answered, marking my ticket as "solved", while stating developers are investigating.
But my bet is they will put it in "won't fix or by design" category, unfortunatelly, because not everyone care about these things.
at this point iam pretty sure who ever is responsible for their support does not care every ticket i made just got a generic stupid response i bet they do not actualy read the tickets.
Thank you, guys, for sharing this information. To clarify the whole situation about my PC, in-game settings, etc., I've gathered all the information and provided it below:
PC Hardware:
- i7 12700K - link [ark.intel.com] (no OC)
- RTX 3080 TI - link [www.asus.com] (no OC)
32Gb 6000MHz - link [www.gskill.com] (xmp enabled)
- z690e gaming wifi - link [rog.asus.com] (latest bios version 2802)
I haven't experienced any issues with temperature, BSOD, lack of performance, or anything else.
Software:
OS: Windows 11 22H2, 22621.2428
NVIDIA Driver: 545.84
in-game settings:
Everything set on ultra.
DLSS - off
Scale - 100%
with enabled ray tracing.
With these settings, I can achieve FPS values between 60-80 when running the game at 2K resolution. I don't encounter any HUD or font issues, it looks 'OK' to me, with nothing specific, I guess.
As I mentioned before, in-game textures, especially in the car cockpit, look super weird. I started thinking that perhaps it's because of DSR (Dynamic Super Resolution), where the video card upscales the game to fit more pixels into the 2K resolution. However, I don't believe that's the main reason. I tried running the game on my native 4K TV, where 4K is the native resolution, without any software tricks. The game looks good, but when I lowered the in-game resolution to 2K, it immediately resulted in poor visual textures.
It's super annoying, and I've never seen such behavior in different titles. It's even more frustrating when you realize that FH5, FH4, and previous titles didn't have such a stupid issue.
