Does anybody cant turn on collisions?(solved)

In the offline mode I cannot activate the collisions, I have already tried anything, and no matter how high the difficulty is, every time I approach a car, it becomes translucent and I pass through it, it is as if I were playing alone

I saw a comment earlier mentioning that you can turn collision off from the settings, somewhere around accessibility/blind driving assists.
So I'd recommend checking if that's turned on for some reason, assuming it's there since I haven't checked myself.
edit: Yeah it's there, accessibility->blind driving assists->car-to-car collisions
