account suspended. Good job TURN10, first and last game ever from you

I was super duper hesitant to buy anything from microsoft, which I feel treat consumers very badly but I thought I would make an exception for this game, this time. Who knows? I could be surprised positively. Right? NOPE! sure enough It's proved that my gut feeling needs to be taken seriously.

2 hours in, my account has been suspended "probably or violating TOS". Just that, out of the blue, without doing anything but playing a few quick races and 2 or 3 carrreer races. The message says that I need to log in to login.live to solve it. Then I go there and log in, they ask me for a cellphone to complete the reactivation of the account and then when I fill in and submit, they say the method is not available. What is even worse that there is nothing else to do, there's no other channels that work for support. I'm locked out of the account and can´t login to submit a ticket or anything. I tried everything, it's surreal how there's no channel to solve this problem. And on top of that, i will never know what triggered this suspension. The only way I can play the game is to remove the internet cable from the PC, because the game wont allow me to even play offline quick race otherwise, the xbox live app keeps popping up and preventing me from accessing the menu.

I'll never buy anything again from Turn10. Also a big shoutout to steam who won´t refund the game because of the 2 hour played scam. What a shaiteshow.

I've already tried it countless times. It does not work. Anything else I could try? Also, I did not get banned, it was the account that was suspended. That was the other guy.

You're currently trying to get access to your microsoft account right? With microsoft support you weren't able to retrieve your account? Unfortunately I only manage the turn10 side of things so I can't really provide support here. I can only help once you have access to your microsoft account.
