2018 Mercedes-AMG GT3 in car pass missing

I was supposed to get the 2018 Mercedes-AMG GT3 on 30 November as I have the car pass, but I didn’t get the car.

Any fix?

I also have that problem, but it goes as far as to the BMW M2. I didn't play the game during those weeks, only went back to the game today. Had the message with the gift for the Acura, but no message to get any car pass car. I'm missing all the cars from the BMW M2 inclusive.
