Network Issues Troubleshooting

Check Windows Network Status

• Follow the instructions from this article to check network status.

Windows PC troubleshooting

1. Ethernet
   
   1. Disable your Ethernet device.
      
   2. Restart your PC
      
   3. Re-enable your Ethernet device.
2. Restart your router (Power Cycle)
   
   1. Unplug your router and modem
      
   2. Wait about a minute
      
   3. Plug your modem back in
      
   4. Plug your router back in

The game says:
1. Contacting Xbox network.
2. Not connected - Reason: failed to download content. Try again or Go Offline
3. If I try again - I received Not connected again.
3. If I try Go offline, main menu loaded, says that I am Online and profile restart is needed.
4. After profile restart I got Not connected again...

What should I do to play the game I spent 99 EUR for? Your troubleshooting did not help. Every setting is OK in my system.

I have solved the problem. The game does not accept Cyrillic (Or other characters) in the username. You have to create a separate local account with an English name. To play, you have to switch the user every time

(Maybe in your case it's a different reason, but I hope this helps)

Thank you for the tip. Anyway I do not use any non-standard letter (diacritics etc. I am from EU and we are using "standard" fonts here). My username is visible in the video I attached to my original post.

You have to change the username of the main user folder in Windows, not username within xbox account. Oh god, Microsoft...
