I forgot to write that I deactivated FSR.

Resolution scale must be 100% else it will be reduced and the game looks horrible.

I have a resolution of 3440x1440 and the game run smooth with my setting. After game release I had some frame drops on few maps like the Ohio Circuit, so I had to reduce some settings. I will try some of your suggestions. After the recent updates, things may now run better with higher settings.
I chose 60Hz to have fewer frame drops and so that the graphics card runs cooler and quieter. It's enough for me.
