2. Bad performance, stability and graphical issues
3. They also lied about Raytracing
4. Lots of ppl also have problems with their steering wheels
5. 60 FPS multiplayer cap
6. No Nordschleife and Sebring at release
The game basicly is like a Beta version. There is no "Gold Status" to be found anywhere in this game.
Edit: Please vote "No" if you don't like the horrible upgrade system. The majority doesn't like it, but the weirdos keep defending the "grinding for grindings sake" game mechanic. For whatever reason they want ppl to spend many hours to drive a car in circles, so it can be upgraded as players see fit.

It's currently:
Do you like the new car XP/level progression upgrade system?

64% No
But everything else is kinda broken.
Career sucks.
Tons of performance issues, bugs and crashes.
I'm still loving the ♥♥♥♥ out of multiplayer, but it's certainly not gonna be worth it for everyone.
Put it this way: Game is getting bad reviews, because we got advertised a AAA+ game that was 6 years in the making with Next-gen visuals and physics but we got an Early Access game that needs 1-2 years more and we still paid 70-100 USD for it.
My question to you is: what is "gameplay" for you?
If it's the way the car drives on the track then it's good.
If it's the Multiplayer then it's very good.
BUT
If it's the career, car upgrades & progression then it's bad.
If it's all of the above + good performance & stability (no crashes, stuttering, good FPS) then it's atrocious at the moment.
I disagree on that one, the settings menu is straight broken. It doesn't function as it should. Also they did in fact advertise RT functions that aren't in the game. I'd say the criticism is justified. This was released way too soon, much like their other in-house developed title Redfall. Both games are demonstratively broken.
People hate broken games, yes.
This game has some major performance and technical issues. Which can be partially solved by lowering the graphics.
Other than that it's great. Especially the progression system and leveling system.
Most people hate because they expected horizon. Don't know why though.
The core (car handling, ...) is good but there is a lot of problems around it that should be solved before releasing the game (career rollback, infinite screen loading issue, ...).
please tell me and the many others how we can get past the infinite loading screens by lowering our graphics.
Pretty much this. I can't go back to FM7 now, the physics in this game are better in every way. I'm also loving the multiplayer but there is no denying that this game has some huge problems.
DLSS is literally broken and does not work properly. Half the settings don't actually do what they are said they are doing. How much is Turd10 paying you to just straight up lie in here? corporate bootlicker.
My wheel is thrustmaster T 248 and to begin with was awful so again lots of changing settings involved but now it feels great.
Running the game at a locked 60 using rivatuner
Intel i7 8700 paired with a gtx 1080ti and 16gb ddr4
I have Dynamic Res on low
Have not decided which resolution to choose, both look great but the 3140 x 2160 does stutter not a lot just now and then .
Resolution on 3140 x 2160 with resolution scale at 60
Resolution on 2560 x 1440 with resolution scale at 85
Everything else is on auto except for
Anisotropic filtering: 16x
Car livery quality: High
Track texture quality: High
Lens flare High
Motion Blur is off
I tried running the game at 1080p but the framerate was all over the place and it looked awful.
It runs badly but doesn't even look that amazing (in fact some stuff can look really bad), it's filled with old content, but they claim the game is 'built from the ground up'. They also made the mistake of saying it was released in early access in the community release post a few days ago (which they redacted after backlash) which didn't help matters.
The game is a mess, some of it is good, but there is way too much bad.
