On the tuning screen, go to setup manager and there is an option to reset the tune.
It may confuse some that the tuning screen setup manager is different than the setup manager on the performance screen. They are mostly the same, the difference is on the performance screen it resets the car to stock. But on the tune menu it just resets the tuning changes.
The reason you can't reset the tune is probably because you're about to start a race.
You can always reset both tuning and performance upgrades by selecting a car in "Cars" -> "Upgrade & Tune" (main menu)
