LOCKED TO 30 FPS

Hi, I have a GTX 3080 higher end PC. I'm locked to 30 FPS for some reason and cannot increase it. I have turned off v-sync and I have the latest graphics drivers installed. Anyone else experiencing this? Any fixes?

I do not own the game but what I read was that the framerate in mp is locked to the half of your screen refresh rate

Yep in Multiplayer its locked to 30fps cause of potatoe consoles. You would have an advantage on pc... stupid crossplay.. the maingame has a unlockable framerate in video settings

wrong its locked to 60 fps not 30 where do you have that 30 from that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ i watched many streamers and not a single one of them had 30 fps all of them have 60fps

you're both wrong and like to spread misinformation i guess. im playing 60fps on multiplayer.

Its 60 fps when playing with the current gen consoles. But I have had one match where someone was using an old gen and it locks everyone to 30.

the fps cap in multiplayer is based on your refresh rate your monitor is running. check your refresh rate in windows display settings, you can get 100 fps cap in multiplayer with a 100Hz refresh rate

Check your hz settings in nvidia control panel too just in case its set to 30hz
(have you tinkered with nvidia control panel for another game recently for 30hz)

or Try force it through nvidia control panel via forzas profile

If everything i said above dont work DDU your nvidia driver and reinstall it

82.5 x 2 = 165, you are running 165Hz monitor correct? refresh rates above 100 will cut down your fps cap. i get 72 fps cap at 144hz or 100fps cap when i run it at at 100hz. i believe 200Hz will also give 100 fps cap but say 240Hz will be 60 since 240 can be divided by 60, same for 120Hz that will result in a 60fps cap

Im running a 240hz monitor so why am i getting 60fps then and not 120. Because this game is ♥♥♥♥ and capped everyone in MP to 60.

Forza Motorsport 2023 is not released on older consoles.
