zero interest in playing this arcade sim. You need to go back to roots and build a game like the first game, where you build an actual career in the career mode. Not Oprah's live video service where everyone gets a high end super car.
Also an offline mode would be a huge win if it can be added.
Overall its a good game with amazing driving, maps and cars but it just needs more SP content asap.
I'll happily drop some money for this game and DLC, but only if I can play it. I'm not letting Windows anywhere near my hard drives anytime soon, just to play this though.
Hell, just reach out to Valve/Proton and they'll help you figure out how to get this running easily. It's probably very simple, and just related to a few files related to the "XBOX GamingServices" and "Gamingrepair" files that try to run when the game starts up.
Add much more single player content ffs.
What did most of us pay for the premium edition for besides the cars?
FOMO, no endurance, no career, no statistics, aggressive AI.
Promises for "later this year" (2024) not kept, Features for 2025 "re evaluated", meaning game support will be stoped by this year.
Give me a fkn break!
