Are there any pay to win DLC cars?

I just wonder if it's necessary to buy some cars to be competitive in multiplayer, or are they balanced?

Not sure to be honest, but the fact many cars for the permanent Forza GT and a few for Forza Touring car are payed DLC already rubs me the wrong way!

At least for now GT, Touring and Madza Formula is the closest we get to a competetive mode you could take somewhat serious. Not that it would matter in the end without any leaderboards or a short cup series or something similar. Anyway........

Let me put it this way, I`ve seen multiple tier-lists on youtube where apperantly if you are talking about the highest level (e-sports) these cars are cleary divided in rankings how useful they are.
Anything below I`ve seen all GT cars win and lose, when it comes to open class lobbies there are clear meta cars but I also seen them win and lose. And to my knowledge most of these meta cars aren`t DLC. Maybe a few you could still beat with other meta cars which are availible for everybody.

Is it easily possible to beat any meta DLC car, regardless of skill level, as long as they are not actively engaging the gas pedal throughout the entire course of the race.
