New Update 5 Horrible Stutters

I've been testing the game and have many videos in my channel were it run from nice to terrible right now

New Update 5

- Randomly Changes Graphics Settings, for ex if you move from DLAA to DLSS and back then all is set to Auto
- DLSS still looks horrible
- Shaders compiling all the time no matter what or something else going on as i'm monitor de Latency and de Frametimes, terrible spikes specially at the start of the race
- Stutter present specially when you turn in curves you can clearly see that's going on
- Car Liveries don't load or delay to when making the Race, they appear invisible then later appear (New)

I don't see any fixes in performance, in fact, runs worse than before

14900K + RTX 4090 OC + DDR5-8400C38
Resolution 4K Ultrawide (3840x1600)
