Call to Action: Forza Motorsport PC Performance Report

Hello Steam players!

In May we asked for your feedback on the PC version of Forza Motorsport and to share your DxDiag reports with us so we could pass those onto our engineers to investigate the issues you are having. Our goal is to improve Forza Motorsport and ensure the best performance possible for your setup, and to help achieve our goal, we will need additional DxDiags to be submitted by players.

Please create a ticket on our Forza Support site[support.forzamotorsport.net] [support.forzamotorsport.net] under the category “Performance Issues” and tell us about how Forza Motorsport is running on your PC with the latest update. Please include as much detail as possible about the experience you are having and be sure to attach your DxDiag from your system – these are incredibly helpful for our teams trying to pinpoint and reproduce the source of performance hiccups.

The issues we are currently investigating and keen to understand better include extended loading times, hangs, crashes, stutters, framerate drops, memory leaks, and optimization. If you are encountering any of those in Forza Motorsport on PC, we want to hear from you and your DxDiag will be incredibly helpful.

Game is broken in game consols with 780M graphics ( like Ally Rog or Legion Go). It just crashes every time, Every time at the same turn. The game just freezes and crashes the driver. Apparently this is due to a memory leak. And its without any errors

Respectfully, I cannot provide those to you because the game locks up and crashes without an error. Look, I've been a bit of an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on here for a long time but I really think you've finally gotten to a place where I think you wanted to be at launch.

Seriously, whatever you think you need for information to fix this crashing - I'd love to help. I've been a fan for a long damn time (since the beginning) and I want to help.

You can. Just create a ticket, explain the crash, and attach your DXDIAG file.

DXDIAG file has information about your hardware, and it can be generated by Windows, regardless if game starts or not.

Im sure this wont end up doing anything for this game havent played in well over a month due to black screens and freezes after a benchmark race which i shouldnt even have to do

I also, tried creating a ticket months ago about these issues and your Ticket page doesnt even exist. It gave me an error code and a bunch of random coding instead of an actual website for a template

Update: After the Ticket Page crashed my PC I was able to get everything backup and running and now I sent a Ticket in about 30min ago Let's See how long a Fix Takes as much as I used to Love and Support your game its very hard to with no Hotfixes and any other support to keep this game running how it should.

Todo sigue igual gente, el juego se ve borroso hasta en 4k, multiplicado por %180 mejora un poco pero no alcanza la fidelidad que nos mostraban en los videos, el sonido mejoro un poco, la jugabilidad esta extraña es como para que se maneje solo el coche subvira todo el tiempo, doblando en una curva por si solo tiende a doblar al contrario de la direccion haciendo que intente contrarestarlo terminando en la banquina, porque no ponen un modo de conduccion mas adecuado por favor? esto sucede tanto con joystick como con volante es tedioso ,molesto me aleja totalmente de querer volver a jugarlo solo vuelvo a ver si han logrado lo que habian prometido tras cada update y sigue igual o peor , cuanta pena me da es un juego que tiene mucho potencial pero no logra llenar ni siquiera pensarlo como Arcade al menos solucionen el contraviraje absurdo por favor.

Everything remains the same people, the game looks blurry even in 4k, multiplied by %180 it improves a little but it does not reach the fidelity that they showed us in the videos, the sound improved a little, the gameplay is strange enough to handle itself The car understeers all the time, turning into a curve on its own, it tends to turn in the opposite direction, making it try to counteract it, ending up on the shoulder, why don't you put a more appropriate driving mode, please? This happens with both the joystick and the steering wheel, it's tedious, it's annoying, it totally keeps me from wanting to play it again, I just go back to see if they've achieved what they had promised after each update and it's still the same or worse, how sad it makes me, it's a game that has a lot potential but it can't fulfill even thinking about it like Arcade. At least fix the absurd countersteering please.

I don't use dlss in any game due to quality preference, and I don't see it in the game menu, I've never seen it. I simply run it at 175 or x 200 scaling.

Turned off 'Use Steam Overlay' in Properties and game launches fine now :) -just sayin

Game crashes. 20-30 fps in the menu, loading screen, race start screen.
There were 72 fps before the update, now there are 40-50 in the race.
According to the update with experience, it would be better to reduce the mileage to reach level 50.
Stability is far from being enough, it would be better to deal with this first. Today all the cars disappeared from the garage, I had to re-enter the game.

I sent in a ticket multiple actually send in everything you asked for and youve still not done anything as far as fixes and actually my game runs worse now then it did 4 days ago so YOU DIDNT AND ARENT GOING TO DO ANYTHING STOP MENTIONING THINGS LIKE THIS IF YOUR NOT EVEN WILLING TO DO SHHH ABOUT IT

I Reported and Flagged your game on Steam as a Money Grab because at this point thats all it is all you do is Release Content NOT FIXES which is all we ask for on every update is an OPTIMIZATION FIX so the game can run how it did at launch this "issue" is on YOU GUYS TO FIX not US
