Is it normal that perf are garbage

I have a RTX 3070, Rysen 7 5800x 32go RAM DDR4 the best M2 SSD on the market and whit max graphism i go 27fps and the lowers 15 fps like wtf and whit some optimisation i can get to 35 but it's unplayble whit 30fps is it me or it's juste the game perf is realy realy realy bad

Seem like you dont know how to optimize the game to yout HW. If you get 27fps with everything maxed out how can you get 35fps with ,,some" optimization lol Doesnt make sense. Can you upload some screenshots from benchmark?

performance of this game can be random. People with good hardware can have serious issues, while a lower end machine with older hardware might play it smoothly.

I also have a 5800x and a 3070 and it just started messing up after this last update, I can't get a configuration in 3440x1440 or even 2660x1440 that'll do anything smoothly above 30fps and prior to the update I was getting pretty smooth 80fps on high idk

Clearly it's the 4k ultrawide that cause problem now in 4k whit no ultrawide ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ i'm a 60 fps whit rt on like bruh

It's so weird tho than in a RACING game there is no ultra wide compatibility how the player whit 3 screen setup for simracing can play this game (i guess they just don't)

You are expecting too much from your video card.That is not a 4k card,your cpu is fine but that card is meant for 1440p gaming.

You are expecting too much from your video card.That is not a 4k card,your cpu is fine but that card is meant for 1440p gaming.

Well yes it's a 4yo 4k graphic card i still able to play next gen game in high setting 4k 120fps but i have to deactivate RT that's all

well its good to buy a GPU to cater for Monitor.
i know damn well 3090 would chug along with that monitor so its not a good option to maybe next generation of gpus as i tend to lean towards eye candy quality in games

Hopefully the devs can patch it in update 6 to get your performance back to where it was as that would of been a crappy month for forza for some

I hope the 5000 gen for RTX is going to be annonce next year
