This might SOLVE Crashing on PC
My game was working well until recently, perhaps 2 months ago, where regular crashes started happening. I felt I had tried everything, and was about to give up. But, I actually think I have just gotten lucky and have solved it. My games is not crashing anymore, which is lovely.

Lets get to it (so hopefully you can get back to enjoying a crash free Forza Motorsport as well)....

What was causing my crashes was related to the Asus Armoury Crate software, and the lightingservice (part of it, part of the Aura light control). If you, like me, have this software on your PC, go ahead and try following the below steps. If you, different from me, have another software used for controlling RGB lights on your rig, try and have a look around in this software and try and make simular adjustments to what I did in my Armoury Crate).

What I did that then solved the problem for me is:
1: Within the Armoury Crate software, I updated the software itself and all of its software components. This is done through Settings, and then the Update Center tab.
2: Amoury Crate detected that the drivers for my chipset were out of date, and I updated these through Armoury Crate. This is done through Tools, and then the Driver tab.
3: I de-toggled that Aura (the lighting service part of Armoury Crate) syncs with games. This means that Aura no longer listens in on what is going on in the game and matches the colours of RGB hardware present. So, a de-toggling of this. This is done through Aura Sync and the tab Aura Effects.
4: Under Aura Sync, and the tab Sync Devices, I unchecked all components possible (this is all components except the motherboard).

This has solved the crashing issues for me, which is absolutely epic.

It seems to me that Forza Motorsport as a game is not happy about lightingservices. Think about it this way, fellows; The Xbox Console hardware does not have spinning fans with RGB lights on them, or a mouse with it, or this sort of party tent lights going on. So, this might just be why Forza Motorsport on PC has trouble with this sort of gimmicks.

Did this help you? Or no? Then please leave a comment, so we can help eachother and the community out.

I think Forza Motorsport is a very cool game, that is much enjoyable when it runs perfect.

As a sidenote, I would encourage everyone to, withing the game, enable V-sync (unlimited). This solves a problem when the game boots where you would otherwise have to hit the alt+tab to have the game come through to the main menu.

Have a nice evening everyone.

Oh, and Turn10 developers, if you are reading this - it seems to me your game has a very critical vulnerability to lighting services, and in my case, Aura and Armoury Create. You should look into this, most definately. It would appear this vulnerability was introduced with one of your recent updates (don't know which one, a couple of versions back perhaps).

Best regards,
