T10 "AMD SmartAccess Memory" needs FIXING

FM using SmartAccess Memory aka SAM needs fixing for both Nvidia and AMD GPU's on the AM5 Platform.

This is the only game I know of where everyone uses AM5 needs to turn off SAM for a smoother higher FPS experience

Turn 10 Studios, can you please fix this please, it is truly painful for a Nvidia user to have to go into bios to turn off Re-Size BAR just the play your game and turn it back on again for ever other game, for AMD users turning off SAM is a little bit easier within the Adrenaline software.

Well it isn't otherwise I wouldn't have to disable it myself plus this problem isn't just me alone loads of other people complaining about it, just do a SAM or Resizable bar search on the topic

AM4 here and i also have to turn SAM off or i drop from 90+ fps to around 30 fps on certain parts of certain tracks but i guess it doesnt matter since my video driver crashes every time i load a new track, EVERY TIME.

nope it's already disabled on nvidia inspector, it's enabled for fh4 and fh5. for amd it's enabled by default.

Yeah this issue is still apparent from day one, Im on AM4 nd it requires you to turn SAM off to have better performance, but the sacrifice to be made is huge against many games that benefit from SAM. Horizon 5 benefits greatly from SAM, we should have that too on FM, otherwise its absolute incompetence from a major studio that shares basically tech from Horizon nd the Motorsport series.

Well atleast i now know how to fix the fps drops, they were driving me crazy. Funny thing is that on old amd drivers (23.9.x for example) this issue doesn't exist

+1 it was enabled for me too.I started a topic about Rebar/Sam and HAGS affecting performance in a bad way during Early Access for Premium Users.It made my frametimes super smooth and completely got rid of the corner stutters on Suzuka.I never had the fps cut in half issue,but it did boost my performance quite a bit.HAGS off doesnt bother me because it's maybe 5% loss in SOME games,so whoopee! Rebar can be turned off via NvInspector on a per game basis for NvidIA users only,so that's a no-brainer.This needs to be on T-10's patch list. I posted my findings on the official forum and it disappeared,I think it was deleted.I keep trying to spread the word to help people out,do the same please,thnx,Quick420.....
