Never understood this complaint. It’s criticizing a racing game because you have to race? It’s certainly better than having to grind races over and over again for money or randomized cars like in GT.
If you want a 6 hour multi class race with prototypes and GT cars that transitions to night and rain you can do that in free play.
For the additional cars and faster money gain I would say yes.
It can be very good if they put the work on it.
