Bad Graphics?

I have an RTX 3080 GPU, I play at 1440p and have a pretty high end rig. However, the game doesn't look the best all the time; lots of blurriness. Any tips or advice on what settings to change to make the game look better? I already have everything on Ultra except for motion blur. Maybe crank up the render resolution?

Try Image Modifiers DLSS - Ultra Quality (DLAA) and keep render resolution at 100% It will overwrite the disgusting TAA

I play at 150% resolution @1440p and 100% sharpen from drivers. Removes the blurriness of the TAA. However, many cars just have very low quality textures, models and surfaces. They will look ♥♥♥♥ even at 8K.

It is important to set Anistropic Filtering to 16x. And don't let ANY option at "Auto".

I play it in native 2160p and the game doesn't look blurry on my OLED TV.

This game cam be sharp. Just use Native 2K resolution and Scaling 150-175%. It seems like that original 100% scaling is not 100% at all, it's a really blurry,
I like graphic, but I don't like outdated trees (and rain weather is not always looks good)
