Smoking tires the entire race?!

First of all, how are they doing that the entire race all the way up to high speed?

Second, the smoke fills up the whole track and you cant see turns coming up or turning on brake indicating strip put on the track.

Third, there is no way to turn off particle effects so these people are ruining races, period!

We either need an option to turn off particle effects, or make it to where people cant roll smoke the entire race to make people not be able to see the track.
