Even if I would have something to say about tire pressure, if temps are low go for 2-2.1 bar for the tire pressure and around 1.9 when hot temp (doesn't matter if it's wet tires or dry tires) and always a bit more at the front than the rear on RWD. Check with the telemetry, if your tires temps are hotter on the middle, it means your tire is round and overinflated, lower on the middle not inflated enough, check that after two laps.
Once u've done it once, u'll see it's very easy you won't struggle it's very very far from being a real setup sim thing. I personally like it !
As for the parts, other than very low class you always want the full chassis kit with a decent transmission, it's what makes you gain the most on track.
Do not hesitate if u have questions.
In any racing game, it's very frustrating to be behind because of a setup. Yes you can download them for free here, but ur still forced to adapt to the setup, a setup is also in a big part a way to make you confortable with the behavior of the car, if u like it with more over or under steer etc.
It had sense in FH5 but on a racing game like that, I don t think it's a very good idea. Nevertheless, they should let the possiblity to make setup open I agree. Maybe they want to force people understand how their racing game works.
And it doesn't change anything, they shoud let the possiblity to the dude who share his setup to be open if he wants to, you will get your setup on YT anyway ...
