I'm on a 7800X3d and a 7900XTX
I have to agree, the bahaviour seems like it for sure. AMD had been on point with drivers since teh 7000 series came out so lets hope it doesn't take too long.
It helps whenever it crashes to fill out the bug report form.
First, please find a link to Forza Support. There you can find some advice on PC crashes. We recommend setting up a ticket for system specific support.

There was a Steam Community workaround for a similar issue that might be of some help in some cases. The link to that thread is here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/2440510/discussions/0/3881597903525950201/
We have also collated some workarounds that Steam community members have reported as having helped. While the following thread does not contain official fixes, in some cases there might be something here to help. https://steamcommunity.com/app/2440510/discussions/3/3881597903524371153/
At the moment, to me it's happening on the 1985 Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT Apex and on the 1969 Nissan Fairlady Z 432.
Already tried different graphics settings, v-sync on vs off, FSR on vs off, full screen and windowed mode. nothing worked so far.
As i previously mentioned, I'm gaming on an AMD 7800X3d CPU and 7900XTX GPU.
Edit: New AMD drivers came out a few minutes ago (23.11.1) and seems like the issue is fixed.
