The game needs CPU optimisation, it seems to be single threaded. Some of my Cores were between 0-3% utilisation.
There seems to be LOD issues and some pop-in. Then for some reason the textures will disappear. At one point the road vanished!
I think I'll wait a bit longer.

apart from the graphical bugs and glitches as one of the posters mentioned like disappearing road, I get 60 fps in races at 1440 but thats with dynamic resolution on high. In menus and cut scenes quite often get loads of FPS stuttering into single figure FPS and plenty of ugly ugly motion blur, which is not present in the races.
VRAM seems to be up at the limit 12Gb but GPU utilisation is only at 65% max and CPU is barely touched at 20% with many parked cores. Seems like a badly optimised version which I hope they can fix soon.
Note - I am running this on Gamepass not Steam.
Not every track but on the tracks it does happen its always on the same spot.
Runs 125-90FPS then all the way down to 45-50FPS at those spots and goes up again once you passed it.
graphics mix between ultra & high and DLSS quality - but with ray tracing ON then i have stuttering
And to get the same visual fidelity as I have in the other Forza titles on PC, including Forza Motorsport 7 I have to turn up resolution rendering to more than 150% and without RT and most settings on High or Medium I get around 30-40fps, 10900K/32GB DDR4/RTX 3080.
Luckily this is on Game Pass, so the simplest solution was to uninstall the game. I recommend you all get refunds if you can because this won't be fixed by Turn 10.
First lap with all cars you have, says, 60fps, next lap with less cars around 50fps, then 65fps. Weird. I had a lot of missing textures issues yesterday, like missing grandstands or bridge over the track, and of course missing road. Again issues that appear during the races, that are not present at the start of the race.
I also experienced the FPS Stutter thing, where the FPS counter shows your usual 70fps but it feels like less than 30 fps. Restart of the game fixes it.
Now even on low and even in 640*480 Resolution the game as Latency issues of about 50-100 ms!
Having a look at it with third party software the rendered is the issue. It does not matter what you tell the game to do and not to do, it will ignore all and basically on the fly dynamically changes everything, packing a huge workload on the process while the GPU chills out.
So the bottleneck of this game is the CPU and not GPU. Since I don't see why I need more than 6 cores (because the game runs on only one core, for reasons only known to Turn 10), I am going back to AC with mods.
The game is broken now. You are just lucky if you are not a part of those who have the problem.
It is the rendering solution... And you can't disable this ♥♥♥♥.
And don't enter the pit when the count down for the practice in career mode is about to stop, it screws your game up, I've done it twice so far lol.
