and you know where is the real problem ? there is NO confirmation when you want buy or sell the cars .. you just click and the it buys and sells . NO Confirmations at all
at least they couldve " implement " a confirmation for selling and buying cars !

You do know that menu only comes up AFTER you already clicked the FIRST button to sell the car, right?

Yes/No would require the user to remember what screen they are on, and usually the user would have to review other parts of the screen to get a clue.
The Sell/Cancel wording is very clear.
You already picked Sell once, this would be the second time you picked the Sell option. While it may be a painful mistake, it does take more than one click to do it.
However, one of the original points was that this car was special and can't be purchased normally. If that is the case, yes, the game should probably have a locking option or a special warning in that scenario.
