If it's already on NVME probably no solution for this bug at the moment.
Observed on both AMD & NVIDIA cards. From what I've seen it's also progressive. People reported the whole track getting black eventually and not returning to normal unless restart.
Can't change these in the game settings AFAIK. You can try from GPU driver but can't comment as I am not on Nvidia card. Fingers cross it just didn't like you HDD and moving it to the SSD will solve it.
NVMe is a type of protocol for SSD.
Is the game on the same drive where your Windows is?
If so, move the game to the other SSD and check if it solves the issue.
