Option to hide steering wheel in driver or cockpit camera view?

I played first 5 hours in driver view with custom FOW on and there was no steering wheel visible ( just like dash cameras on others games), but then it suddenly appeared and I can not find how to turn it off again...

Sadly there isn't a way to turn off wheel or arms in cockpit view, but i remember someone saying that you could try using the driver cam instead, and maybe adjusting the FOV. not ideal, but give it a try.. hopefully they add these options to cockpit camera in a patch.. seat adjustment would also be nice so you can adjust the in-game dash to match your wheel/rig.. kicks up immersion 100+

Just use the driver cam, cycle after the wheel cam.

It was just a bug. After exiting career and starting quick race with another car, steering wheel dissapeared again in driver camera.

Bug as said above, sometimes it shows the wheel when it shouldn't but then it will go away again. I have also put a supercharger on a car and couldn't hear the whine, went back to the menu and back onto the track again and the whine started working again. Weird but oh well
