Performance issues

does anyone know when they might fix the game? its really starting to piss me off,
I haven't seen them talk about the issues at all. I'm running a 4070ti and i5 10400
I get that my cpu isn't great but it runs 30-60% usage in game with everything maxed and seemed to only get 20-50 fps.
