How is this game compared with Project Cars 2?
I just saw a few videos about this game and I was not very convinced about buying it. Then I remembered I have Project Cars 2. I did installed and now I am removing Assetto Corsa Competizione from my machine! PC2 way more fun and it is a more solid finish product.

Is this Forza Motorsport a great experience with crashes, parts and cars flying in accidents, high FPS, amazing graphics, amazing sound... like Project Cars 2?

No
crashes in pc2 are better, graphics in fm are better, sound is fine in both, car parts dont go flying in fm. pc2 is slightly more on the sim side than fm. Both are great games though. Its a shame PC3 turned out the way it did because I would have loved a modern PC2.

i have Project Cars 1 maxed out on my RTX 4090 and looks so so amazing and i think that it's the best race game ever, of course textures don't look so good but cars inside cameras with free movemente where you can see the helmet of the pilot while driving is amazing, Forza showed this but doesn't exist it was just cinematics...i will soon post a video on my YT channel, as for now you can see one i uploaded with my own settings using DLAA at 3840x1600 before tweaking with Digital Foundry's settings

This is the best one of these games on PC since Project Cars 2. I think this is superior but PC2 is still great, although it stinks that online functionality including time trials has been disabled. California HIghway one of the best fictional tracks ever in a racing game.

California is not a fictional track, it's a real track based on the coasts of Las Vegas.

I hope so.

I just tried Project Cars 2 yesterday after some time. With a 3080 all to the max and I was blown away for the high level of quality of everything. Graphics, physics, environment, particles, sound, ... My car even rolled over when I was making changes to the gamepad settings! And accident with decent sound from crashes, particles, pieces flying away... and at the end... a car that does not work ;) LOVE IT! Removing Assetto Corsa Competizione right now! It is a pity they made Project Cars 3 like they did... Now, apparently they do not longer are in business...

You can't play PC2 with a controller reliably. It does a terrible job at it.
Otherwise PC2 would be a competitor to FM even it being 6years old at this point.
It's a very high quality sim-like racing game.

I have a Microsoft Elite controller. Quality is not in tools, quality is in the people who use the tools ;) Yes wheels are superior, but I beat I kid with a wheel when I used a normal 360 Microsoft controller ;)

Asseto Corssa Competizione is now gone! Long Life to the new King! Project Cars 2! I like simulation a lot, but I need proper accidents in my races! Nothing puts my down that crash a car at high speed and being able to play like nothing happened!

Sorry for not trusting your word but I have tested PC2 extensively with various controllers. I am a very experienced controller user and car games are literally lightweight for me considering I play MotoGP and RIDE games. PC2 does not work well with a controller.

So, if you want to prove that's not the case, post a video where you drive a high end car in PC2 against high skill AI smoothly with a controller. Hats off to you then.

You can get guides to make the controller decent for PC2 but with Forza it just works out off the box

Even with guides and 3rd party software you can't get consistent competitive performance from a controller in PC2. The problem is that PC2 has poorly implemented "speed sensitive steering", so you literally need to tune the gamepad controls not only for each car, but also for each track. Otherwise your steering inputs are inconsistent. This prevents you from forming muscle memory and as a result you can never be smooth and consistent across the board.

I notice something on that direction! I will see what I can do!
