Welcome to the new Forza Motorsport! We’re excited to see so many new players logging in and enjoying the game.

The first time you start up Forza Motorsport, you will have the chance to adjust several game settings like your preferred driving assists, accessibility options and PC graphics settings. If you run into any problems we always recommend contacting our Forza Support team to submit a support Ticket[aka.ms]. This allows our experts to give you system specific, one-to-one, advice. When you submit a ticket, be sure to provide as much information as possible about the issue you're experiencing. • Steam Unpacking Issues
  
  • Unpacking: It is normal that game files are encrypted when they are downloaded. There are a few reasons for this[dotesports.com]. Before you can play a game, Steam must decrypt the game files. This process is called unpacking.
    
  • We understand there there have been some reports of challenges around unpacking time following Steam downloads. We will continue to monitor these reports. Unpacking depends heavily on one's PC machine system.
• Game Crashes and Launch Failures
  
  • There are a few quick checks that commonly solve issues either launching your game on PC or random crashes. For tips on troubleshooting crashes and launch failures check our dedicated article at Forza Support[aka.ms].
    
  • Alongside this, a good place to start can be confirming that your PC build is capable of running the game. That information is available at: Forza Motorsport PC Specs[support.forzamotorsport.net].
• Gaming Services Launch Failure Troubleshooting
  
  • A fix for players who are experiencing launch failures on Steam due to Gaming Services.
    
  • If a Steam player doesn't have Gaming Services installed, the game will fail to launch. To work around this, players should install Gaming Services from the store; they can do this by opening the Xbox app, where their PC will auto-detect that Gaming Services are not installed and will prompt to install them.

• Lost Save Files and Lost Progress

Sometimes recovering the account is not possible and the player will need to delete their old save and make a new save so they can continue playing the game, in these cases our support agents can return the inventory (Cars, Credits, Vanity items) we can identify from your last save.

I've reinstalled Gaming Services three times now. The Steam version of Forza Motorsport simply won't start.

And it's not the fault of the gaming services, just your game. I tried it with other games from Microsoft via Steam. And registration started there.

It just doesn't work in Forza Motorsport and I'm pretty pissed that I spent 100 euros on a game just to look at the loading screen.

When I finished certain racing game then my forza software crash, I opened game again I found my progress still stopped at the point that before I finished that racing game.
I played again, the crash happened again. So the issue makes me play that racing match forever. I can't push my movement of game.
When do you fix that damn bug?

Until now, it's over 48h since you opened early access. Even without any hot fix patches.Other communities full of gamers can't run normally. And you still said f**king words to let us find solutions by ourselves.

I have fixed Loading screen by relogin on another Microsoft acc . After login to another acc i enter the game it appears the window with Xbox acc login . I log in on my main Microsoft acc ( with FH 5 in steam) and this has worked ! Game loaded and i started playing . But still poor perfomance with bad loaging word texture ( they disapear i loading in front of me ) i Have old system with i7 3770k 4.2 RX6700 XT ( HHD 6tb) 16GB dd3 ram But ! FH 5 works on ULTRA with 65-75 FPS

That is exactly what you had said during the launch of Horizon 5, and i had never received support then, wouldnt expect any different now. Also during the launch of H5, it took weeks before it was fixed, again expecting the same here. You guys talk customer support but show no support for PC users.

Its a joke releasing this trash, being stuck in infinite loading splash screen, graphics issues etc etc

I used STEAM and microsoft store to buy once, the STEAM version of the first load does not enter the game, after reinstalling the system can enter, is not linked to the server, indicating that it can not link to the XBOX network. Then refund, buy again with microsoft store, and can not link to the server, XBOX network can not link to the server, and experience the offline version can only load the track page, go in and flash back. CPU12600FK graphics Card 4070TI bought three games in total, wasted two days of my spare time, I was really tired, T10 you let people down too much

I tried playing today on PC with Win10. The game launches, does the shader thing and then gets stuck in loading screen.
I did try a bunch of workarounds, mainly focusing on this xbox service nonsense, since I did not get the login popup. I tried reinstalling the gaming service and other xbox related software, tried removing bunch of entries from credential manager and some other stuff that was suggested on the Internet. No luck. My game just refuses to show me this login popup. I was approaching 2h of "gamplay" aka watching the loading screen so I just requested refund. Very dissapointing launch. I'll probably try again in few weeks, hopefully they will fix this.

What a pathetic launch of a game. Bought the game 10/6/10 hoping to play the game early. 4 days later still the exact same infinite loading screen issue. I tried all the workarounds and nothing works. No communication from Turn 10 or a day 1 patch to fix countless issues. This behavior is inexcusable from any company let alone a AAA studio.

Just to let you know, I got a refund about an hour after I downloaded it. If you guys actually read these comments (I doubt it) then surely you can see there is a problem which needs addressing. Nah, we've got your money. Well, no you haven't and won't again
