My PC's not super powerful but I'm only aiming for 1080/60 and it's struggling to achieve that with any consistency regardless of settings. Settings appear to be changing without me asking as well, and DLSS keeps disappearing from the options menu with FSR appearing in its place.
I get like 80-120 ish FPS played with medium settings, 2160p and DLSS balanced.
And yes i have like 100+ TB storage. :D
I play it with 1000+ watts 7.2 PCM sound.

Frames are all over the place. 80fps, to low 40's. Mid-High settings at 1440p.
This Saturday, I'm finally upgrading. Still deciding if I should stick to budget, or go all out.
My budget allows for an i7 13700k / RTX 4080 machine. But I don't know how worth it would be blowing my budget and going for an i9 13900k / RTX 4090.
I cannot afford to upgrade monitor yet. Sticking to my 165hz Gsync 2560 x 1440.
2080S, 10900k, External HDD - game ran well...Zero stutters no matter the setting, even with some environmental loading visible, high settings 60fps @1080p. on the NVMe there are no loading issues. so I'm playing it with high auto settings @4k and 30fps until they fix it for my main pc. Because DLSS doesn't work, I can't use upscaling, so 30fps is all I can really ask for. At least it does look decent enough for now.
