Most of his criticisms are wrong. I honestly wonder if he really played the game.
Simulating weight transfer is like the one of the first steps in making a form of sim... Any competent modern game can do that. I'd also like to point out how they marketed "8 points of tyre contact" meanwhile ACC only uses 5... Something doesnt add up for this simcade game
Sorry for going off on a tangent but they have even done this to professional race car drivers lol. During the pandemic a lot of series were doing virtual races and the one that always stuck out the most to me was IndyCar drivers always crashing trying to get on pit road because the tires in iRacing have a very small window of feedback when driving on the limit. The drivers had a laugh about it and were like "what do you expect, it's a game" and the iracing community has basically thrown IndyCar to the side ever since. There are also a few gt3 drivers who have made comments about the physics of certain sims who basically become villains in some of the diehard sim communities.
I hate admitting to my sins, but Forza is actually the game that got me into sim racing a long time ago. I've played all the sims other than rennsport. They all have strengths and weaknesses, but some communities are allowed to talk about these things and not become a pariah.
You might be a pro with LMP1 cars in iRacing, but try the same in real car. I'm sure you and everyone else would just bottle it in a minute. It's like me being a pro at Dirt Rally 2.0 and then try the same thing in a true rally car.
Sim Racing will never come close to practice in a true racing car.
There are exceptions like Jimmer who constantly drives on racing circuits with his Miata and other JDMs, not mentioning Praga.
I have the game on game pass:

Pretty funny that you're trying to use my steam level to discredit my comments when nobody can verify that you've played the game on Steam.
Bro, we just want to play realistic racing games on our couch...
My sim rig is collecting dust behind me. I don't have the time for that. If you do, GOOD FOR YOU. This game is not for your type of style.
Even he was pointed out that the default wheel settings are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and you need to spend some time configuring and setting it. It might be classed as a flaw, because you don't want to spend that amount of money and just sit hours and setting your wheel and shifter.
Just Devon is positive to this game, especially multiplayer. Are you going to call him amateur and noob for that?
If you are coming from ACC and expect Forza to be at its level, it's like coming from CSGO to Quake and expect realistic first person shooter.
